HL7 FHIR R4 read interface for encounters. Responses use application/fhir+json.

📄️Search a patient's encounters

Search one patient's encounters and return a FHIR searchset Bundle, newest first. The `patient` parameter is required so the patient's privacy setting can be applied. The Bundle has no `total`; follow its `next` link until there is none.

📄️Read an encounter

Read one encounter as a FHIR R4 Encounter. An encounter outside the caller's tenant or facility answers 404, so the response never confirms that an id exists elsewhere.
