Search a patient's encounters
GET/v1/encounters/fhir/Encounter
Search one patient's encounters and return a FHIR searchset Bundle, newest first. The patient parameter is required so the patient's privacy setting can be applied. The Bundle has no total; follow its next link until there is none.
